All services provided by Bioinformatics Center are available from UEF intranet. However, if you are travelling or use your personal laptop or phone some extra software and/or actions are required.

• AlwaysonVPN: UEF University laptop with Windows 10 is always automatically connected to the university intranet.
• Netscaler: With macOS machine end-user need to use the UEF Netscaler VPN service.

• SSH Gateway: Use sshgw.uef.fi SSH gateway server.
• Citrix Service: Download, install and start the Citrix Workspace application. Connect to the citrix.uef.fi and enter your UEFAD credentials when asked. After successful connection you can find multiple application from the Citrix Receiver desktop, including Remote Desktop Connection application.
