All services provided by Bioinformatics Center are available from UEF intranet. However, if you are travelling or use your personal laptop or phone some extra software and/or actions are required.

• DirectAccess: UEF University laptop with Windows 10 is always automatically connected to the university intranet.
• Netscaler: With macOS machine end-user need to use the UEF Netscaler VPN service.

• SSH Gateway: Use sshgw.uef.fi SSH gateway server.
• Citrix Service: Download, install and start it up. Connect to citrix.uef.fi and enter your UEFAD credentials. After successful connection you can find multiple application from the Citrix Receiver desktop.
