All services provided by Bioinformatics Center are available from UEF intranet. However, if you are travelling or use your personal laptop or phone some extra software and/or actions are required.

Using UEF laptop

• DirectAccess: UEF University laptop with Windows 10 is always automatically connected to the university intranet.

  • Netscaler: With macOS machine end-user need to use the University Netscaler VPN service.

  Using personal laptop or phone

• SSH Gateway: use codon.uef.fi SSH gateway server.

  • Citrix Service: Download, install and start it up. Connect to citrix.uef.fi and enter your UEFAD credentials. After successful connection you can find multiple application from the Citrix Receiver desktop.
