The first steps to Bioinformatics Center infrastructure services

This document gives a short introduction how the infrastructure services provided by UEF Bioinformatics Center can be accessed and what prior steps are required. Also some handy practical tips are given how to work on servers remotely and utilize e.g. Jupyter Notebooks or GitHub. The main idea is to give links to other documention for futher reading.

Bioinformatics Center at University of Eastern Finland provides researchers and students with bioinformatics expertise (bioinformatics, data-analysis and data management) and infrastructure services. Bioinformatics Center also provides researchers and students with training and participates in teaching bioinformatics courses at UEF.
